At CM Automotive, we aim to process and dispatch every order as quickly as possible while ensuring your steering wheel is carefully packaged and protected during transit.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery across the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 working days
Express Delivery: 1–2 working days, where available

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weekends, bank holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.

International Delivery

International shipping may be available for selected destinations. Delivery times and shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and product.

If your parcel appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so we can assist you in contacting the courier.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. CM Automotive cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.
